What is Layer Cake?

Vision boards show what you want. Layer Cake shows what you're doing about it.

Set a goal, then link your daily entries to it. Every goal builds a record of the work you're putting in, so it fills with real progress instead of sitting there as a wish.

Write daily with a prompt or on your own. Take on challenges that send you into your real life: fix the thing that's been bugging you, look hard at your money, ask for the better deal. Then write down what happened and link it to the goal it moved.

Hit a goal and you have the whole story. Every entry that got you there, in order.

Keep at it and you build a cake, one entry and one streak at a time. A reward for consistency, not a wish you made.
